Cool Project Alert:Small Spiral Notebook

Issue #3 of Small Spiral Notebook is now available. Definitely worth checking out and supporting. I like to think of literary journals as samplers. I like the way they aren’t anthologies based around a theme, and that they offer up stories from writers I’ve never read before. I like how you can skip around. And I really like how you always find one or two stories that just blow your mind. And for all the writers out there, the stories are ALL very inspiring — in that they are well-crafted and hey, published, and you are reminded that you need to get to work on your own stories.
