Picture Yourself

Self-Portrait Tuesday, run by the very creative and project prolific Kath Red, has now evolved into Self-Portrait Challenge. The opening theme is “Please introduce yourself.” Details on how to sign up and how the site works are here. This project really is a challenge — you really open yourself up and expose parts of who you are and how you’re feeling when you turn that camera on yourself, and then to post those images for all the world to see, that takes some guts. It can be very revealing and boldly honest. But it’s also fun — that’s clear from so many of the photographs. So break out that camera and “please introduce yourself.”
