Speaking of Inspiration — Mixed Media Memoirs

Melba McMullin runs Mixed Media Memoirs, a very cool site that posts a topic every Monday, and encourages you to create a work of art based on one of your journal entries (old or new) with that topic in mind. If you submit your piece, Melba will post it on the site. Here is her vision for the project, and here are some of the fine point details. This is just one of Melba’s projects — there’s also this site — Be Alive Believe Be You, and this upcoming 2007 event that’s she’s putting together as well. The emphasis on all of these projects is to inspire and be inspired. Very inspiring!
