Polaroid Portrait, Kep, Cambodia

in Photos, Travel

This was our last afternoon in Kep, and our last day in Cambodia. A few hours later we would begin the long journey home, hours on the road to the airport, and then even more hours on a plane. We opted to spend that last afternoon just kicking it on our room’s balcony, drinking lemonades and Angkor beer. The view was quite nice — off in the distance is the water (Gulf of Thailand), and there were so many buterflies fluttering around. The sounds of cows mooing, the birds chirping. We just relaxed and took in our last hours there quite peacefully. There was this slight urge to get out and go go go and see just a litte more, but I’m glad we spent those last hours the way we did. Great way to end the trip.
