Veggie Burger Heaven

I made the tofu patties by combining extra firm tofu, bread crumbs, onion, red pepper and jalapenos. As for spices, I mixed in lots of pepper, cumin and cayenne pepper. I cooked them up on a Foreman Grill. The condiments: chipotle mayo (made with mayo, chipotles in adobo sauce, lemon juice and pepper), as well as avacado, onions and tomato. The buns came from a good bakery. It was veggie burger heaven.

That looks sooo yummy! How did you get the patties to hang together?
