Which is just another way of saying it was a really great Sunday afternoon in Brooklyn Bridge Park. (Got the Dough donut at the Smorgasburg in Dumbo.)

Pretty much every morning in Bali, I ordered the banana pancakes. They were always a little different in texture and fluff, but they were without fail amazing. It was a great way to start out each day.

Amazing Donuts, excuse me, Do-Nuts, from Shipley Do-Nuts in Houston, TX.

From the Cinnamon Snail food truck in NYC.

A great way to start a Sunday (or any day, really).

Included in the sauce, and sprinkled on top as well.

Too much oil.
Too much butter.
Too much butter again.
More oil.
Too much salt.
More salt.
Way too much pepper.
Too much time in the oven.

And… delish.

This is pizza from Wild Rise in Dumbo. It’s made in some kind of electric pizza oven. It is delicious. Highly recommended.
